Homemade Egg Nog

Ingredients:
2 eggs (preferably farm-fresh)*
1 1/2 cups milk (preferably raw)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 TBSP raw honey

Directions:
Blend together and enjoy!

Makes 2 cups.

*Farm-fresh eggs are always best, but they are particularly important in recipes like this one because they are consumed raw!

  1. I make something similar, but use use a combination of coconut milk and rice milk instead of cow milk. I flavor it with a bit of stevia instead of honey. Very rich, but some of us can use the extra calories. ;o)
