  1. thank you for doing all you did. Your story was inspiring. I was like you…young, taught aerobics for 22 years. TONS of energy, happy, married the most awesome man on the planet and then a few weeks after our honey moon…wham… same as you…I got “the flu” and then fibro for the last 20 years!!!! Its getting worse. I wish changing my diet worked. I’ve always made my meals from scratch. I never drink soda, caffiene, or artificial sweeteners. I dont’ buy chips or eat snack foods. Over the last year I began gaining a pound a month!!!! I cut back on my food -down to 1000 cal per day and even stopped eating for 10 days out of panic. I couldn’t loose weight!!!! I ran when I could and nothing helped. I can’t work, ride my horse, run …I just want to sleep all day and can’t sleep at night. It’s like living hell. Thanks for letting me vent. I know you understand. What am I missing?

      I’m so incredibly sorry to hear of your suffering. I wish there were a way for me to know what you’re missing and what could help to ease your pain. If you can take one thing from my story, let it be to never give up. I truly believe there ARE answers out there for you. I understand how it feels to be in so much misery and not have a clue about how to make it better. I pray that you find hope in the fact that others have been in your shoes and gotten their lives back even when it seemed they never would. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for sure!
