  1. we do sandwiches or wraps. tuna salad sands for hiking usually. and always have some type of protein bars (usually homemade). granola and nuts are a must. And water water water.

  2. I’m a vegetarian so that makes it even more difficult but I’m going to learn how to prepare healthy foods so I always have something to grab in a pinch. That is my weakness……….. I’m busy and I tend to eat out way too much. I did notice your Organic Olive Oil on the counter which is what I use all the time and love it. Hope you are coming to our area soon. Farmington, MO

    • You go, girl! You can TOTALLY do this! Busy lives DO get in the way, but the extra effort is SO worth it! Looks like we’re gonna be on the West coast and in the Southwest fairly indefinitely at this point. Things could changes (never say never, huh?), but doubt we’ll be in MO anytime soon. Sorry ;(
