I do have a question about your book. When I buy the book, do I get the book in the mail? Also I thought you had two books for sale. Thank you and keep up the great work. Joan
Joan,
I have a natural cookbook and an additive-free grocery shopping guide, but they are compiled together as just one book. The book is sold electronically. So once you pay, you can instantly download it from our site. And it is fully printable. You can also save the book to your computer for future viewing/printing. Nothing comes in your physical mailbox. 🙂 I did used to sell a hard copy version, but I have discontinued that at least for now since we are on the road. 🙂 Let me know if you have any other questions…

I put more eggs on top of the other eggs, just so the cover fits and they all turn out great. I turn the eggs sideways to fit more eggs. Sideways still works!
It shouldn’t really spoil as none of the ingredients are perishable, so I’d say more than a week and maybe just watch for it to lose it’s texture? Not sure….we always eat it up within a couple days it seems 🙂

Another question on your mayo without the egg. How long will this keep in the refrigerator. It did not last very long here 🙂 Thank you.
