Are you tired of spending so much money on hair products that claim to be “natural” or “organic”?? Why not give this simple, inexpensive homemade version a try?

Thank you ! I will try this!!! As I am a woman who covers her head, a bad hair day is a non~issue for me!

Awesome! 🙂
Thanks for tip….just make sure the baking soda is alluminum free
Indeed! From what I’ve read, though, generally all baking soda is aluminum-free, even if it doesn’t brag about it like Bob’s Red Mill brand does 😉 http://www.gapalicious.com/2011/05/09/does-arm-and-hammer-baking-soda-contain-aluminum/
Hi Christy! I’m currently three weeks in with no-poo. This is actually my second attempt at no-poo. The first time I gave up at the six week point. My hair was getting progressively worse and I just couldn’t cope anymore. Was tired of feeling like a huge slimeball! I needed to be able to look professional at work and putting my hair up wasn’t an option due to it’s length at that time. Since I’m on the road and not working anymore I thought I’d give it another try. Right now things are pretty ugly I must say. I’m going to try to at least go past the six week point this time around. But something has got to give for sure. It truly affects my mood to feel ugly all the time. 🙂 At least right now I can kinda sorta put it up which helps a bit. And I don’t have to worry about clients seeing my greasy mess. Wish me luck!
Good luck! Maybe try a bandana? 🙂
