If you’re shopping at Whole Foods, you’re not much of a grocery geek. OMG the prices and the green washing. Food co-ops, farmer’s markets, even chain or franchise groceries that sell organic and natural foods are so much better and so much cheaper.
I think your doing a great job. It is journey not a race. I enjoy your blog. I have just started eating clean it is helping my multiple chemical sensitivity. keep up the great blog.
