In the video, I focus on keeping faith in a dream, but honestly you can apply this little “mind hack” to literally anything in your life that you’re hoping will change or improve – an illness, or frustrations at work, or your kids who are misbehaving and “driving you up a wall,” or a puppy you’re training who just doesn’t seem like they’ll ever “get it,” and so on. The possibilities are endless!

I’ve been struggling lately to not lose hope in a particular dream I’m currently chasing…and I’ve been finding myself “stuck” in the same negative thought loops about it over and over…and over…and over…again recently! Maybe you can relate?

On my morning walk the other day, though, 2 words popped into my head…and I felt such relief and such encouragement and such a sense of…HOPE! So, I just had to share them with you here in the video below!
